Refunds & Returns

Product must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund eligibility.

Please contact us via email at to initiate your refund request, and we will send return address instructions.

We do not cover shipping costs on returns. Once you have shipped us the bottles a refund will be issued upon receipt of the package pending none of the bottles are opened or damaged.

Depending on your bank, your electronic refund will show up in your account 7-14 business days later. Please note we do not refund any shipping costs (if any) on our original outbound shipment to you, only the full cost of the unopened product.
